Transformation Show

'Fire and Ashes' is at the Frank Better Center for the Arts from October 4th until  December 21st. The Center is open Thursdays to Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm.  The Reception is Friday, October 11th from 7 to 9 pm. I will be tending the gallery from 2 to 5 pm on Friday, October 18th; Saturday, October 26th; on Friday, November 8th and 20th; and in December on Fridays the 6th and the 20th.  COME and VISIT!

And, the next piece, sometimes where we decide to plant our roots is not the right place, especially in rocky hard ground, where growth is a struggle.

The fifteen lessons are relaxing and playful. Simple rules, no mistakes just drawing lines with pencils, a tool used during our school days. A device that is perfect for experimentation. If you don’t have a sketchbook, we will make one. If you want, use a piece of paper for each lesson, even on a post-it pad, or any surface you like. Remember, the larger the size of the paper the more time you spent on sketching. When done with our study, you will have many works of ART!

Decisive for StketchBook Project

Decisive is the title of my piece for the Sketchbook project Infinite Sketch, which will be on display in a huge, mega art piece with of all the cards. 

The Sketchbook Project kicked off this new challenge. “Think of it as an endless visual story, connecting people around the globe through a single format. More than a stand alone art project, Infinite Sketch is a way of connecting with people from around the galaxy.” My entry prompted by the word ‘decisive’ is on a card 5” by 7”. The Infinite Sketches when combined will be in a physical and digital exhibition of one very long piece of art! EXHIBITION DATE is to announced.
